Stretch your legs and feast your eyes on a challenging and spectacular 8-day tour of Northern CA Wine Country and rugged Pacific Coast. Starting in the heart of Sonoma County's Wine Country, cycle north through the undiscovered valleys of Mendocino County. Climb the steep coastal mountain range to the charming seaside town of Mendocino. Ride along the virtually uninhabited coastline to the Russian River and towering redwoods. Weekend Getaways — Short in Duration, Long on Rejuvenation

Our Weekend Getaway Series is our preventative to burnout. Scheduled over weekends throughout the year, they provide 3 or 4 days of fun bicycling and relaxation. When you're run down by the daily grind but don't have a lot of time to spare, one of our Weekend Getaways may be just what the doctor ordered.

Carmel Valley and Monterey Coast — three days

Escape to unspoiled and unhurried Carmel Valley. Ride through the rolling oak-dotted hillsides and miles of mountain vistas of Steinbeck Country. Cruise the deserted and car-free roads of Fort Ord, fly down the coast through Monterey and Pacific Grove, experience the spectacular 17-Mile Drive and Pebble Beach, enjoy the charming Carmel-by-the-Sea. Sonoma Wine Country and Pacific Coast — three days

Cruise the undiscovered back roads of Sonoma County Wine Country, visit boutique wineries, relax on the lazy Russian River, bicycle the rugged Pacific coastline of Northern California to Bodega Bay, experience the rolling hills and shady redwood forests of the Bohemian Highway. Kiss of Death — High Sierra Challenge — four days

Find your climbing legs on the empty roads and high moutain passes of the California High Sierra in Alpine County—the least populated county in the state. Ebbetts Pass, Pacific Grade, Monitor Pass, Sonora Pass, and more. Relax after a long day of riding in the quiant mountain town of Markleeville. Summer.

Gold Country Getaway — three days

Tour the back roads and quaint miniing towns of the famous California Gold Country. Explore the rugged terrain of the Sierra Nevada foothills. Visit the burgeoning wine country, famous for its zinfandel wines. Spring.

Solvang Santa Barbara County — three days

Explore the country roads and pastures of the Santa Barbara County Wine Country and Santa Ynez Valley, visit the wild Pacific Coast, test your fitness —if you wish—on the time trial course used by the Amgen Tour of California. Spring and Fall.
