California Bike Tour — Solvang Getaway Weekend

While riding from one inn to the next is a wonderful experience, sometimes is nice to stay more than one night in a relaxing spot that provides convenient access to multiple bike routes.

Since Solvang provides plenty of opportunites for great riding, we'll stay both nights of the trip in The Wine Valley Inn, a charming boutique hotel on a quiet downtown Solvang street.

Courtyards are beautifully landscaped with koi ponds, fireplace, & private gardens—a nice spot to gather and relax after a day of riding. Guestrooms are spacious with fireplaces in most of the rooms. Spa treatments are available on-site. All of the sights, sounds (and Danish bakery smells) of this village are right out the front door.
