California Bike Tours — Winter

The arrival of Winter in California doesn't mean it's time to put away the bicycle. When most of the United States is cold and wet, much of California's weather remains mild and relatively dry. The Pacific Ocean moderates the temperatures along the California Coast. And thanks to the high mountains that surround them, the deserts of Southern California are comfortably warm and dry. In fact, Winter is the best season for cycling the California Deserts.
