Daily Itinerary
Day 1: Rohnert Park to Healdsburg
Meet in the morning in Rohnert Park, at the DoubleTree Hotel Sonoma Wine Country. Ride through organic farming country into the Russian River Valley, famous for its exquisite pinots. Enjoy a picnic lunch at an undiscovered family-owned winery. Roll north along the Russian River Valley to Healdsburg. Sample local wines and cheeses at our hotel's afternoon reception. Dine at one of the innovative restaurants in Healdsburg, featuring locally grown and organic meals. Settle into the inviting Healdsburg Inn on the Plaza.
Day 2: Alexander Valley Loop
Spin through the peaceful Alexander Valley, Knights Valley, and Chalk Hill wine growing regions. Savor another picnic lunch at an intimate winery. Stroll the streets of the Healdsburg Plaza, sample the wines in the many tasting rooms. Soothe tired muscles with an afternoon massage (extra fee). Enjoy another wine and cheese reception at our hotel. Dine at a different fine Healdsburg restaurant. Relax once more at the Healdsburg Inn on the Plaza.
Day 3: Healdsburg to Rohnert Park
Pedal south from Healdsburg along the sunny eastern edge of the valley. Picnic at a remote winery in the hills above Santa Rosa. Complete your ride in Rohnert Park, at the DoubleTree Hotel.
